I know what it means to carry stories that feel overwhelming to tell.

Hi! I’m Amy!

I am so happy you are here...

If you have ever found yourself feeling stuck or dissatisfied in your life, your career, your relationships, or your own body, I want you to know: you are not alone!

You are not a problem to be solved. You are the solution.

So many of us learn to survive less than ideal circumstances by being overly pleasing, attempting to be perfect, putting others' needs before our own, changing our bodies, or seeking endlessly for the "right job" or the "right partner" to make it all feel better... or perhaps we are simply existing, scrolling for hours on social media thinking everyone's life is better than ours.

The key to a brighter future is in understanding how your past and your present impacts your thoughts, your emotions, and your choices. There are many lessons to be learned from the cycles repeating in your life.

In our work together, you will name what you want to release, honor what is actually working, befriend all of the versions of you, and begin practicing new ways of being which allow you to experience more joy, peace, and love!

I offer the educational training and clinical experience you deserve. However, what really makes this work special to me is that I have been where you are.  I know what it means to grapple with fear, darkness, and feelings of deep longing for someone who understands.

In this space, there is no judgment; only compassion and a deep belief that healing is not only possible, it is your birthright.

If what you see here is resonating with you, please listen to the "nudge" and take the next step to receive the care you genuinely deserve.

I am ready to support you in being the change you wish to see!

“Working with Amy saved me from the darkest time in my life and she supported me through the most painful loss and horrible grief.

Talking to her is something I look forward to every single week. She encourages my tears, knows how to make me laugh, and challenges me just enough.

When I catch myself being critical, I can hear her voice in my head saying: you deserve your own kindness. Amy is not like any other therapist I’ve had and I’m so glad I found her!”
